Design

1.PROFESSIONAL R&D TEAM:

To ensure that all products designed fulfills our customer requirements. KUANI follows the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and the Product Part Approval Process (PPAP) when designing and developing products. KUANI can provide the complete PPAP package for customer reference and approval.

2.COMPUTER AIDED DESIGN:

All KUANI products are drawn and designed using the latest CAD system.

3.PROTOTYPING,MODELING & MATERIAL SELECTING:

KUANI has its own industrial Rapid Prototyping 3D Printer which has the following advantages:

  Assists the engineer by speeding up the process of prototyping
  It helps us to quickly confirm the physical design with our customer
  It reduces the cost of finalizing a prototype
